The worship service of the New Jerusalem congregation has the same format and pattern with that of the Orthodox Jewish Movement.  We follow the same worship service order that is being used worldwide by all the Orthodox Jewish synagogues.

Our hymns and prayers are recited or chanted in the Hebrew language. When it comes to sermons, we have two options—devar torah and bible-study type. Devar Torah is a speech covering the scheduled parshah of the week. We study the commandments of God and the narratives in the Torah through our Jewish rabbis. The Bible-study type of sermon tackles biblical topic by an exhaustive and thorough analysis of many bible verses concerning it.

Our prayer book is patterned after the Artscroll Siddur. It is a transliterated one. We do our best to follow the same prayer services being conducted in the land of Israel.

In this section, we bring our worship service online to help the Jewish people participate in the worship service of God on Sabbath Day and Holy Days. Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation wherein we can not come to shul or synagogue with our brethren on our appointed day of worship. When that happens, our congregation provides a channel or an outlet where anyone who feels like Jewish can worship God at the same time with the chosen people of Israel.

This is our worship service before Avinu Malkenu (Our Father, Our King).

Hallelu Yah!

At this time we are unable to conduct live-stream worship online. But we are working on it.
