INTRODUCTION

 

“Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand” (Revelation 1:3, KJV).

The book of Revelation shows all the visions that God and Jesus Christ had given to John the Beloved so it could be written into a book. Purportedly, Revelation stands as an addition to the gospel book written by John. It establishes itself as a prophetic revelation by Jesus Christ complementing His Mt. Olivet prophecy, which is missing in the gospel of John.

In Revelation 1:3, we are told that there is a blessing that will come to anyone who will be able to read (anaginosko in Greek) and understand the coded message of God. Anyone can read loudly what is written in the book of Revelation but to understand and know their prophetic significance is a very different matter. When the person who will know and understand the prophecies in the book of Revelation comes, blessing awaits for the people on earth who will listen, follow and keep his teachings and interpretations. That is only the time that blessing can really come to anyone who will read or hear for he will then understand.

The verse also pointed out to us the time that someone will come and give us the true understanding and interpretation of all the things written in the book of Revelation. The decoder or reader of the book of Revelation will appear at the end of time when all of the prophecies on it are being fulfilled, as it is written, “the time is at hand.”  Hear now the words of the prophecy in the book of Revelation (chapter 12), as read to you, by someone who thinks he knows what he is writing about or just trying to read it.

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches” (Revelation 3:22, KJV).

First of all, we must understand that Revelation 1:3 is only applicable to the book of Revelation written by John the Beloved and not to the entire New Testament writings. Many religious people have interpreted this verse as if the canon of the New Testament has been handed to us from heaven at the start. It had taken almost 400 years to establish the collection of holy writings we now called as the New Testament. Even if the Holy Bible interprets itself, the writing of one of its writers is not part of or the continuation of the writings of the other authors that had served God at a time different than the others.

We are now in chapter 12 of the book of Revelation.

Hear O Israel the secret message of Adonai Eloheinu (Lord our God) in the book of Revelation.

"And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

"And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne" (Revelation 12:1-5, King James Version).

John had seen another vision in heaven. The woman in his vision is not in heaven in the same way that the temple of God and the Ark of the Covenant are not really in heaven (Revelation 11:19). God was only revealing to John the visions or prophecies in the book of Revelation with heaven as its background. It is like going to see a movie in a theater and you see the film or video in the silver screen but the people and the scenes that are being projected on it are not really in the silver screen. It is only the medium that is being used to project before your eyes and into your mind the film made by its maker.

John had seen a prophetic vision of a woman that symbolizes the holy nation of Israel. Symbolically she is being clothed with the sun, which conveys the meaning that God is giving her protection unlike the rest of the nations on earth. The sun is a symbolism for God our Father, avinu eloheynu. The moon under her feet shows us where the strength of the chosen people of Israel (am yisrael) lies. The woman is standing on a very solid ground. The moon gives the reflection of the light coming from the sun. Its light is coming directly from the sun. The chosen people of Israel, specifically the Jewish people, are spiritually anchored and founded on the Law of Moses. Therefore the moon is the symbolism that God had used for the Torah of Moses, which is a reflection of God the great and consuming fire (Deuteronomy 9:3, Hebrew 12:29). The crown of twelve stars on her head clearly identifies who she is. The twelve stars symbolize the twelve tribes that composed the Holy Nation of Israel.

The vision in heaven about the woman in travail ready to deliver or give birth to her child reveals to us the suffering of the Jewish people on earth. The child that she is bearing symbolically represents the Yeshua the Promised Messiah and Deliverer of the people of Israel. Only Yeshua can take away the pain and suffering of the chosen people of Israel. The Jewish people like their lost brethren, the Israelites, are suffering under the state of captivity. At the time of the birth of Jesus Christ, the Jewish people in Judea were under the rule of the Roman Empire.

”Why, when I came, was there no man; why, when I called, was there no one to answer? Is my hand shortened, that it cannot redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, by my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a desert; their fish stink for lack of water and die of thirst. I clothe the heavens with blackness and make sackcloth their covering”” (Isaiah 50:2-3, ESV).

It is God who delivers and protects the Jewish people. Through Jesus the son of Joseph, God will manifest His power to deliver the Jews from all their troubles.

The next wonder or vision in heaven reveals “a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads” (Revelation 12:3).

The ‘great red dragon’ symbolizes Satan the Devil and also the Holy Roman Empire for Satan the Devil has given his power to the Roman Empire (Revelation 13:4). Like Satan the Devil that brought down one third of the angels in heaven, the Roman Empire had brought down and subjugated 1/3 of the nations on earth. The Parthian Empire also existed as a powerful empire at the time of the Holy Roman Empire in the same way that we have the USA and the European Union today. Besides that there were other powerful nations and empires on earth at the time of the birth of Jesus just like in our present time.

Satan had waited for the appearance of the Promised Messiah of God and through the Romans he had symbolically devoured or killed the prophesied child of the woman. The woman in Revelation 12 symbolically represents the nation of Judah. Satan the Devil by means of the of the unbelieving Jewish authorities and the Roman soldiers had crucified and killed Yeshua the Promised Messiah of the Jews.

Isaiah the prophet announced the birth of Jesus the prophesied child of Judah. “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this” (Isaiah 9:6-7, KJV).   

Paul the apostle also added, “But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons” (Galatians 4:4-5, ESV), further strengthening the identity of the man child as Jesus.

The Promised Messiah of God had come the first time to redeem the people of Israel that are living under the Law of Moses. After the redemption of the Jewish people from the penalty of their sins has been completed, Jesus went up to heaven. He sits at the throne of God above us and mediating for the chosen people of Israel before God just like Moses the prophet. Jesus is mediating for the people on earth who are now obeying the Law of Moses.

There is no truth to the belief of the Christian people that the woman in Revelation 12 symbolizes a Christian Church or a Church of God organization. The Christian people are not keeping and observing the Law of Moses like the Jewish people, and so are all the Church of God organizations on earth. There is no way for any religious group of people on earth to be saved unless the moon that symbolizes the Torah of Moses is metaphorically under their feet, unless they are keeping the Law of Moses as well.

The First Jewish Rebellion

 

After seeing the symbolical ascension of Jesus the Promised Messiah to heaven, John had seen the same woman, the mother of the male child, fleeing into the wilderness in fear of her life.

“The woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that there they may nourish her one thousand two hundred sixty days” (Revelation 12:6, Hebrew Names Version).

The woman has a place of her own in the wilderness as if she has been there before. Even at this point we could not spiritualize the woman and turn her into something she is not. The woman is the nation of Judah and there is no other way that God and Jesus will make her into a representation of another group of people besides the Jewish nation. The Bible interprets itself and we will make the Bible tells us what happened to the woman and what had really taken place in fulfillment of the prophecy in verse 6.

God is very definite in the fulfillment of many end-of-time prophecies in our Holy Bible to the point that we can check up clearly in the annals of history the exact time it had really taken place.

In His Mt. Olivet prophecy Jesus declared to His disciples something that will take place in the land of Judea at a later time, “When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains” (Matthew 24:15-16, KJV).

Luke has given us a much clearer report of this prophecy. “And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled” (Luke 21:20-22, KJV).

Jesus told His disciples to flee into the mountains when Jerusalem is besieged or surrounded by invading armies.

The gospel of Mark has its own version of the Mt. Olivet prophecy about fleeing time (Mark 13:14) and what will happen during the days after Jesus was taken up to heaven. John surprisingly committed to words a much finer and detailed version of what Jesus declared to them on Mt. Olives. The Book of Revelation foretells all the signs and events on earth that will lead ultimately to the second coming of Jesus Christ.

During the first Jewish rebellion (66-73 CE), the city of Jerusalem was besieged by the Roman armies belonging to XII Fulminata on October, 66 CE. The Jewish people at that time had just celebrated the Feast of Tabernacles. They were caught inside the city unable to flee and escape. The gates of the city of Jerusalem had been closed. They were being guarded by the Jewish Zealots so no one can escape and go to the Roman side. It was at this juncture that the prophecy about the woman fleeing to the wilderness in Revelation 2:6 had taken place.

The Mt. Olivet prophecy of Jesus about Jerusalem becoming a land of desolation is not going to have a final fulfillment in this end of time.  When the armies of the Gentile nations will come to besiege Jerusalem (in the Armageddon), our Promised Messiah will come and He will destroy them all. Instead of entering into a state of desolation again, Jerusalem and the entire land of Israel will return to its primeval state---the Garden of Eden. Jerusalem will become the throne of God during the one-thousand-year rule of Jesus Christ on earth.

There were many signs that preceded the first calamity that come upon the Jewish people, which Josephus the Jewish historian had recorded.

On November, it was reported that the Roman armies of Cestius Gallus that besieged Jerusalem had retreated suddenly on seeing the heavenly angels of God marching on the sky above Jerusalem.

When the Jewish zealots went in pursuit after the Roman armies, the gates of the city of Jerusalem were left unguarded. The Jewish believers that heeded the warning of Jesus Christ fled immediately to the mountains of Perea. They were ready after the voice in the Temple gave them warning. In the city of Pella, Jordan the Jewish followers of Jesus Christ that had fled from Jerusalem had found their place of safety for the rest of the prophesied 1260 days. At that period the Roman armies laid siege against the holy city of Jerusalem on from 67 to 70 AD.

They were protected and fed by God for 1260 days in the mountains of Perea while the unbelieving Jewish people in the besieged city of Jerusalem suffered hunger and famine terribly. Later on the unbelieving Jews that were left behind inside Jerusalem were slaughtered in great numbers by the Romans.

The ‘woman’ that fled to the wilderness as it is written prophetically in Revelation 12:6 were part of the Jewish people, belonging to the House of Judah. They were not Christians or Messianic Jews (a later innovation by the Christians) at all but Jewish like the rest of the people of Judah at that time. They were zealously keeping the Law of Moses better than the unbelieving Jews that rejected their Promised Messiah.

There are some Bible scholars that utilize verse 6 to show how the Waldenses had fled into the wilderness of France when the Roman Catholic Church persecuted them. Some students of Bible prophecy also said 1260 years had elapsed since the end of the Smyrna era until the appearance of Peter Waldo’s group in France—the Church in Pergamos.

But that could not be true at all since we have to remain true to the context of Revelation 12. The woman should always be Jewish whenever we interpret her. She can not be French. She can not be American, like that of the Worldwide Church of God under Herbert W. Armstrong. She will never be a Christian Church of God.

The woman fled into the wilderness twice here in Revelation 12. The first time it occurred she fled out of her own place, and into a place that God had prepared. Pella, Jordan is not clearly her place if we think of Judea or Jerusalem as her place. The second time it happened the woman did not fled but she flew into the wilderness, “into her place” (Revelation 12:14).

Deplorably the unbelieving Jews with their Pharisaical leaders became the fulfillment of the prophesied ‘synagogue of Satan’ (Revelation 2:9) when they repopulated Judea again many years after the first Jewish rebellion. God through the message of Jesus Christ to the church in Smyrna reveals to us how he regarded His chosen people that rejected the prophet He sent to them. Of course, the Christian people in Rome were also part of the prophesied ‘synagogue of Satan’ since they were part of Judaism until the persecution of the Jews during the days of Emperor Hadrian.

“I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan” (Revelation 2:9, KJV).

The LAST War in Heaven

The defeat and almost complete destruction of the armies of God on earth, which the chosen people of Israel really are, had led to the second and final war in heaven. God had been defeated by Satan on earth. The Temple in Jerusalem was razed to the ground and destroyed utterly on the tenth of Av, 70 CE. Satan the Devil did not let this very tempting opportunity came to pass. If it can happen on earth it can also happen in heaven, Satan had probably thought.

The chosen people under the Law that God had redeemed forty years ago were all gone. The nation of Judah was destroyed and its people were taken to slavery again. Of course, Satan the Devil had no idea that God wanted it that way.

Let us go to war against God in heaven, Satan declared to all the wicked angels under his command.

“And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him” (Revelation 12:7-9, KJV).

It is not in the nature of God and His heavenly angels to start a war especially against those fallen angels that God and His heavenly angels had already routed and thrashed greatly before.

In the book of Luke, Jesus declared to His seventy disciples, “And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven” (Luke 10:18-20, KJV).

Satan does not dwell in heaven anymore. Jesus has witnessed Satan falling like lightning on earth before. The war that occurred in heaven after the destruction of the Second Temple in Jerusalem is the result of Satan’s ambition to dethrone God in heaven. Something never dies when it comes to the ambition of Satan the Adversary of God.

In his second attempt to usurp the throne of God in heaven, Satan had expectedly lost again. The great red dragon was cast down on earth with the rest of the other fallen angels. It is Satan that is deceiving the people on earth into thinking God Almighty had already rejected the people of Israel as His chosen people. Revelation 12 apparently shows that it is not really true. Revelation 12 is all about the chosen people of Israel---the Jewish people.

Incredulously the Jewish people in spite of their rebellious attitude toward God and their Messiah remain the chosen people of God. God is still protecting and blessing them. They are the true elect people of God. Those who believe in Jesus among the Jewish people are known as the very elect people of God. They are the saints of the Most High God.

Kaddoshim the Saints

 

“And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time” (Revelation 12:10-12, KJV).

At this juncture, John heard a loud voice from heaven declaring that the salvation of the Jewish people on earth is now complete. There is no more hindrance in the establishment of the Kingdom of God on earth. Satan the accuser of the Jewish people in heaven no longer has any access before the throne of God in heaven. He can no longer report and mention the sin of the people of Israel before God. He had already been cast down on earth.

Through the sacrificial blood of Jesus the sin of the Jewish people who will accept and believe in Him shall be forgiven. Anyone who will believe and follow the true teachings of Jesus Christ is considered in heaven as Jewish spiritually. Jesus is a Jew and the people on earth who will follow Jesus faithfully shall become Jewish like Him, physically and spiritually. There is no denying the fact that the Law of Moses is both physical and spiritual.

No man on earth can worship God on any other day of the week than the seventh day for that is lawlessness. No man on earth can observe and keep the laws of the Sabbath Day everyday for that is plain stupidity and a sin. Only God has the right to establish and enact a new commandment for us on earth. Most of the other commandments of God are very similar to the commandments of God about the Sabbath Day. They should be kept and followed in spirit and in truth.

The heavens and its inhabitants rejoice at the sight of Satan and his angels falling like meteor showers on earth. But woe to the Jewish people and the rest of the disciples of Jesus Christ that zealously preach the word of God for Satan’s wrath has been unleashed on them. Satan hates the Jewish people and in much the same way he hates also the people that truly follow and believe in Jesus the Promised Messiah of God. Both of them are Jewish and they had suffered greatly when Satan started persecuting the inhabitants of the earth and of the sea after he was cast down on earth.

Immediately the Devil set his heart to finish what he had started to do upon the Jewish people during the first Jewish rebellion on 66-73 CE. If Satan could no longer accuse the people of Israel in heaven then he will wipe them off from the face of the earth himself. He will make the Jewish people disappear from the pages of the history of the world.

Thus in some countries on earth, there is no way for the true believers in Jesus to overcome Satan but through death. It is written, “He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death” (Revelation 2:11). At the same time, the Jewish people that deny Jesus are being allowed by God to be destroyed by the Devil for their unbelief. The Jews continue being stubborn and hard-headed. They would not study and hear the teachings of Jesus the prophet of God on their own volition.

“For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities” (Acts 3:22-26, Deuteronomy 18:15-19, KJV).

Jesus Christ is the promised Seed of Abraham in which all the people on earth shall be blessed.

The Place of Safety

 

“And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent” (Revelation 12:13-14, KJV).

There is continuity in the prophecy about the woman in Revelation 12 from verse 1 to verse 17 that has escaped many bible students of prophecy. In their obsession to replace the nation of Israel as the chosen people of God, the Christian people have erroneously assumed that the prophesied woman in Revelation 12:13 symbolically represent a Christian church. They misinterpreted the prophecy about the faithful woman representing the House of Judah—the remnant of Israel.

Many sects and denominations in the religion of Christianity think of their church organization as the woman that Satan has persecuted or shall persecute again in the coming days ahead. There are many Christians who believe God would rapture them to heaven to escape the Great Tribulation. A number of Church organizations also subscribe to the doctrine that God would take them away to the place of safety before the Great Tribulation comes.

But that is not how the prophecy in verses 13 and 14 has really been fulfilled.

The ‘dragon’ is none other than Satan the Devil, that ancient Serpent that is deceiving the whole world. Finding himself cast down on earth, Satan immediately went after the woman that brought forth Jesus the man child into the world. Jesus Christ came from the House of David—the tribe of Judah. He is the Promised Messiah, the anointed king of the Jewish people. The woman that Satan has persecuted greatly in the history of the world is the Jewish people that are keeping the Torah of Moses faithfully.

Satan has not let up the persecution of the Jewish people. In the early part of the second century CE, when the Jewish people had returned and settled in the land of Israel again, Satan succeeded in expelling and destroying them in the reign of Hadrian. As prophesied, a false Messiah in the personality of Simeon Bar Kochba appeared in Judea declaring himself as the Messiah. It was Rabbi Akiva that testified to the Jewish people that Simeon Bar Kochba is the Promised Messiah of God, paving the way for the second Jewish rebellion.

Hadrian quashed utterly Bar Kochba’s rebellion. It was the second calamity that had befallen the Jewish people after the destruction of the temple on 70 CE. Hadrian renamed the land of Judea after the name of the enemy of the Jews---Palestina or Palestine, as they called the land today. From hereon forward, wherever the Jewish people settled, Satan went after them. The unrelenting pogroms and massacres that Satan is bringing the Jewish people in the history of the world temporarily ended after the Holocaust of World War 2. The Nazi Germany under Hitler had brought the Final Solution to the Jewish problem that the Gentile nations are experiencing on earth. More than 6 million Jews had perished at the hands of the German people in the Holocaust at that time.

In order to save the Jewish people from further destruction and massacre by the Gentile nations of this world, God has given them the two wings of a great eagle that symbolically represented the United States of America. Great Britain the other tribe of Joseph, we must not forget is very friendly to the Arabs the enemies of the Jewish people. God had destroyed the British Empire after this modern tribe of Manasseh surrendered a great part of the Holy Land the inheritance of the people of Israel to the Arabs. If the United States of America does not stop in its foolish quest for Peace in the Middle East today, its superpower days will soon be over.

God is bringing destruction upon destruction on the United States of America for it is leading the Quartet that is trying to destroy the little Jewish nation of Israel in the Middle East.

The United States of America is the modern nation of Ephraim today. A great eagle with its two wings spread out in flight is feature in the seal of this super powerful nation. Through the influence of the United States of America, the United Nations had permitted the creation of State of Israel in the Middle East in 1947. The Jewish people all over the world were able to fly and return to their own place in the Middle East after that. Israel declared its independence on May 14, 1948 (the 5^th day of Iyyar) against the will of the United States of America ironically.

The prophecy in verse 14 foretold the return of the Jewish people in their place in the wilderness through the help of the United States of America---the two wings of a Great Eagle.

This is what really happened.

The Balfour Declaration in 1917 that set the stage for the possible return of the Jewish people to their own land was coordinated with the Americans just like the Road Map for Peace that the British Prime Minister Blair had formally announced after the second invasion of Iraq in 2003. U.S. President W. Wilson had given his tacit approval upon the Balfour Declaration in 1917 before its publication.

The Balfour Declaration of the British government served as the basis for the League of Nations Mandate in 1922 that gave the Jewish people as their National home the land of Palestine. Thus on June 30, 1922 and May 3, 1922, the United States House of Representatives and the Senate respectively adopted resolutions that openly supported the Mandate. On September 21, 1922, President W. Harding signed a proclamation that stated “the United States of America favors the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish People...and that the holy places and religious buildings and sites in Palestine shall be adequately protected”.

From this account we can see that the little nation of Israel owed a great deal to the United States of America.

No thanks at all to the Arab-loving British people.

Great Britain, in order to foment an Arab uprising against the Ottoman Turkish Empire, had given the Arabs also their own Balfour Declaration. Sir Henry Macmahon, Britain’s Resident in Egypt had given support to Arab claims to a vast independent area of land under the control of Ottoman Turkey if they will revolt but nowhere in the letters of MacMahon is the name Palestine mentioned at all. The Arabs had a dream of establishing a single Arab state in the Middle East and they thought Great Britain had the power to make their dream comes true.

Whatever power the British people had at that time over the face of the earth, they started losing all after they turned their back from the Balfour Declaration and traitorously worked for the interest of the Arab people.

England was caught in Palestine between the two conflicting promises she made to the Jews and the Arabs. But the promise that Great Britain had made with the Jewish people is more binding and official. The British had made a promise to the Jews and they could not keep it. So, unable to resolve this problem, Britain dumped into the lap of the United Nations on November, 1947 the partition of the Land of Israel.

This is where the United States of America came to the rescue of the Jewish people.

By direct order of the White House, the United States of America had exerted every form of pressure available to it on those nations in the United Nations opposed to the partition or hesitant in supporting it. Truman personally warned the US delegates on the United Nations to deliver the partition vote or else there will be hell to pay. The US had threatened to cut its aid to France if it will oppose partition. 

The United Nation Assembly had 57 member nations on November of 1947. A two-third of the majority was needed to pass the resolution for the partition of Palestine. The Jewish Agency after realizing their possible defeat on the voting set on November 26, 1947 opted to stall. Four nations hesitant in supporting the partition were immediately subjected to various diplomatic pressures to change their votes. The Philippines was one of the nations that were opposed against the partition of Palestine. In short of threatening to drop an atomic bomb on its soil, the United States had persuaded the Philippine President to change its vote against partition. Without the vote of the Philippines the Jewish people on earth will not be able to fly into the wilderness, into their own place at the navel of the earth.

The United States of America had sought out the help of France and the Philippines to deliver the vote for partition in the United Nations on November 29, 1947.

The Zionist Nation of Israel has protected the pagan religions in the Holy Land in honor of the help done by the United States of America. But considering the opposition of the United States of America and Great Britain in the Declaration of Independence by the nation of Israel on May 14, 1948, the Zionist government of Israel should not have followed the Declaration of the President of the USA stating ‘the protection of the holy places, religious buildings and sites in the Land of Israel.’ The government of Israel should follow instead the commandments of God in the Torah of Moses so it will enjoy the protection of God le olam vaed, that is, for ever and ever.

“'Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: When ye pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan, then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their figured stones, and destroy all their molten images, and demolish all their high places. And ye shall drive out the inhabitants of the land, and dwell therein; for unto you have I given the land to possess it” (Numbers 33:51-53, JPS).

Take a note what’s written in the Declaration of Independence of Israel, “THE STATE OF ISRAEL will be opened to Jewish immigration and the Ingathering of exiles. It will devote itself to developing the Land for the good of all its inhabitants. It will rest upon foundations of liberty, justice and peace as envisioned by the Prophets of Israel. It will maintain complete equality of social and political rights for all its citizens, without distinction of creed, race or sex. It will guarantee freedom of religion and conscience, of language, education and culture. It will safeguard the Holy Places of all religions. It will be loyal to the principles of the United Nations Charter” (excerpts from the text of the Declaration of Independence of Israel).

The Zionist government of Israel has chosen to follow the nations on earth instead of the Lord our God and our Creator. It has chosen to follow the President of the United States of America instead of God. Whatever the President of the United States says, the Prime Minister of Israel would obediently do like a dog ready to follow every whim of its master.

The Wilderness

 

In spite of what the succeeding secular leaders of Israel had done, Revelation 12 also reveals that God will build up and protect the Jewish nation against their enemies for a prophesied period of time. “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent” (Revelation 12:14, KJV).

God has promised to protect and safeguard the Jewish people in Israel for a ‘time, and times, and half a time’ that, many believe are equal to three and one-half years or forty-two months.

It is worth noting the fact that there are some religious quarters that believe the wilderness or the place where God will take the woman is an isolated location on earth that will be protected by God during the Great Tribulation. From this misunderstanding of biblical prophecy the doctrinal belief about the place of safety came to be. There are churches that sell today the idea of fleeing to the place of safety before the Great Tribulation come to deceive many people in joining them. They claimed God will take the members of their Church into the place of safety to protect them during the 3 and ½ years of the Great Tribulation.

As I stated earlier there are also many Christian people that believe God will rapture them into heaven, before the Great Tribulation comes upon earth.

Many have not understood and comprehended completely the prophecies written in the book of Revelation. There are many false doctrinal beliefs that have been established in the Churches of God on account of the errors in the interpretation of biblical prophecies. The Gentile people on earth that believe in Jesus have adopted the Holy Scriptures of the Jewish people and claimed them as their own. They thought the Holy Scriptures can be understood easily without the guidance and help from the Holy Spirit of God. God gives His Holy Spirit only to the people on earth that study and keep His commandments in the Law of Moses. The true and correct understanding of biblical prophecies and all things written in the Bible come only to the people that are under the influence and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

On May 14, 1948, the ‘woman’ that symbolically represents the Jewish people has officially returned to her place in the wilderness. The prophecy in Revelation 12:14 had finally come to pass besides many other biblical prophecies foretelling the restoration of Israel in the Middle East.

Through the book of Revelation, God is showing the unbelieving Jews that Yeshua is His prophet and the King He has anointed and given for the deliverance of all the chosen people on earth. A very small remnant of the people of Israel was delivered first by God to their homeland in the Middle East. At least that is how it appears since many Jewish people who have knowledge about biblical prophecy would not return to their homeland until the Messiah of Israel has already come.

 The prophecy of Jesus Christ on Mt. Olives lends support to this Jewish interpretation.

“For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together. Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” (Matthew 24:27-31, KJV). 

In 1948, history shows us the woman standing in the moon, in her place again. The moon symbolically represents the land of Israel. The prophecy about fleeing time had already found its fulfillment upon the Jewish people. There is no more fleeing time for the lawless and wicked members of the splinter-churches of God that we know today as the prophesied Church of the Laodiceans. God made it sure that history can show us clearly how biblical prophecies have been fulfilled.

There is no role for vain imagination when it comes to the interpretation of biblical prophecies. The Jewish people are taking flight of aliyah to their homeland year after year since 1948. Only in the New Jerusalem congregation can you convert to Judaism without denying your Promised Messiah. We are now racing against time in this year of 2012.

Perhaps something great would come today, prophetically speaking.

The major part of the second Exodus will take place when Jesus Christ has return to Israel and the armies of the Gentile nations on earth are destroyed at the conclusion of the Armageddon. The Gentile nations on earth shall bring great trouble upon the Jewish people in Israel first. Many shall perish in the war of Armageddon but Jesus the Promised Messiah shall come with His saints to save the Jewish people from their enemies.

At the end of the war known prophetically as Armageddon when the nations have been vanquished, Jesus will send His angels to gather all the elect people of Israel from the four corners on earth.

As of this writing the Jewish people in Israel are undergoing severe trial brought upon by the prophetic ‘Quartet’ of destruction. The prophesied ‘time, times and half a time’ (Daniel 12:7 and Revelation 12:14) at which period God will protect and build up the Jewish people in Israel had ended in 1986. At the end of 1987 the prophesied protection that God had given to the Jewish nation of Israel had officially ended.

The War against the Jews

 

“And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth” (Revelation 12:15-16, KJV).

Clarke’s Commentary says, “The water here evidently means great multitudes of nations and peoples; for in Rev_17:15, the interpreting angel says, The waters which thou sawest - are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues” (Revelation 12:15, Clarke’s Commentary, e-sword software). The water that the dragon had cast out of her mouth metaphorically became a flood that threatened the survival of the Jewish people. The water symbolically represents the Arab people that hate with never ending hatred the Jews.

When we speak of biblical prophecy about the Jewish people, the water always symbolizes the enemies of the Jews. This is the same language that the prophet Isaiah used in writing the prophecy in his book. “Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks: And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel” (Isaiah 8:7-8, KJV).

Since the coded word ‘water’ is in singular form, it only symbolizes one people or one family of nations. The neighboring Arab nations of the little nation of Israel is being symbolically represented by the word ‘water’ in comparison to the ‘waters of the river’ that denotes the armies of the King of Assyria from many nations and races on earth. 

The water symbolizes Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Transjordan. These seven Arab nations threatened to destroy the Jewish people of Israel in 1947 before the founding of the State of Israel in 1948. At that time they were occupying an area in the Middle East 230 times larger than the Jewish state and had a population 60 times of the Jewish inhabitants in Israel, who numbered only a little more than half a million. That is the undeniable nature of the Muslim people, which is very similar to that of their father---the ancient Serpent.

Under the influence of Satan the Devil, the Arab League in 1948 demanded everything under the Sun. They did not want to share anything with the Jewish people. They refused to recognize the right of the Jews to the Holy Land of Israel. The Arab people in the Middle East are claiming all the lands as their own when the truth is thirty years earlier the Arabs had no existing rights to the land of Israel.

In the war that the Arab nations had waged against the Jewish people in 1948 there was no way for them to win at all for God is with the ‘woman’ if not for the traitorous and Arab-loving Englishmen that helped them. Before the declaration of Independence by the Jewish people on May 14, 1948, the British government made it clear to all that it would do all in its power to prevent the birth of the Jewish nation. This is the reason why the British people have lost its empire. It secretly connived with Satan in the Devil’s war against the Jewish people.

Right after the downfall of Saddam Hussein regime in Iraq, Tony Blair the British Prime Minister had formally announced to the world the Quartet’s Road Map for Peace in the Middle East wherein the land belonging to Israel shall be sacrificed to appease the Arab nations. It was the British who pushed and promoted the Road Map for Peace. Something never changes when it comes to the secret hatred of the British to their own brethren---the Jewish people. The British people had led the Arab armies in their war against the Jewish State in 1948 War of Independence, which is the reason why the Jews were unable to fully destroy the armies of the children of Ishmael.

As of this writing, the former Prime Minister of Britain, Mr. Tony Blair has been appointed as the Quartet’s spokesman for the Road Map for Peace in the Middle East.

The Earth

 

In Revelation 12:15-16, Satan had run after the Jewish people that have returned to their homeland and tried to destroy them by means of the Arab armies but the ‘earth’ had come to the aid of the nation of Israel. The word ‘earth’ symbolically represents the people on earth or the nations that composed of the people on earth. There were nations on earth that helped the modern nation of Israel against their Arab enemies. At the same time the nations that symbolically represent ‘earth’ swallowed up the flood that Satan had cast out of her mouth?

Who are the nations on earth that have done that?

It was the United Nations (the earth) that helped Israel against the Arab armies when it appointed mediator between the Jews and the Arabs.

The Encyclopedia Britannica describes what occurred after the declaration of Independence by Israel in May 14, 1948:

“The five neighbouring Arab states---Egypt, Trans-Jordan (later renamed Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan), Iraq, Syria and Lebanon---announced that their armed forces would enter Palestine with the object of restoring order. The United Nations on May 20 appointed Count Folke Bernadotte at Wisborg as mediator, to bring about a settlement between Israel and the Arab states. The Arab forces occupied the areas in the south and east, which were not yet controlled by the Jews, and tried to blockade Jewish Jerusalem. The Arab legion of Trans_Jordan, despite a desperate defense by the Jews, obtained the surrender of the small Jewish quarter of the old (walled) city. The Jews, however, had won control of the section of the main road to Jerusalem in the Judaean hills and beat of all Arab attacks on their scattered settlements” (from the article ‘Israel’, Encyclopedia Britannica, 1967 ed. vol. 12, page 698).

The War of Independence in 1948 was the first war that the Jewish nation had fought and won against their surrounding Arab nations. Two more major wars between Israel and the Arabs followed suit, which was also won miraculously by the Jewish nation for God had promised them protection. God has indeed nourished (trepho in Greek) and strengthened the Jewish nation beginning in May of 1948. Thus, as it was prophesied, for 39 and one-half years (almost 40 years), God has protected the Jewish people in the land. That is the clear fulfillment of the prophesied ‘time, times and half-a-time’—39 and ½ years.

Most of the prophetic dates in our Holy Bible, even in the Scriptures, can be clearly confirm in the records of the history of the world.

The Flood

 

“And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth” (Revelation 12:16, KJV).

If it is not clear enough already, the earth symbolically represents the United Nations organization. Through the United Nations resolution to partition the land of Palestine, the nation of Israel is established. It was the United States of America that fulfilled the role of the prophesied ‘great eagle’ with two wings so Israel could return to its homeland. The United States of America is also a member of the United Nations organization and whatever the United Nations do, the USA is very much involved on it.

If the United Nations swallows a fly, the United States of America would be swallowing the same thing unless it chooses to veto the act.

The Dragon and that ancient Serpent we know as Satan the Devil has cast out a flood that the United Nations has swallowed. Many believe the flood that Satan has cast out of his mouth refers to armies that will run after the woman when it flees to the wilderness. But obviously that is very inaccurate and reflects lack of spiritual understanding since we know that words are the only thing that could come out of the mouth of Satan.

Satan is the father of lies and if there is something that will come out of the mouth of the Devil it would surely be lies and falsehood.

“Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it” (John 8:44, KJV).

Satan had cast out of his mouth a flood of lies against the chosen people of Israel and their inheritance that the United Nations has swallowed and believed. In Revelation 12:9 it is written that Satan “deceiveth the whole world” and that is exactly what that ancient Serpent has done to the United Nations and its member-nations. The United Nations has swallowed all the lies about the land of Palestine that Satan has given it, hooks and sinkers.

“The distortion of history, ancient and modern, basic to the Arab-British resistance to Jewish restoration, had been fully articulated by 1948. After 1948, the Arabs added greater depth and vehemence in presentation and with it a theme  of hatred of the Jews, comparable only to the demonology of medieval Christianity or the excesses of German Nazi propaganda in our own age. Inevitably, the propaganda became even more intense and unrestrained …

“The Arabs’ version of history, of their and the Jews’ relationship to Palestine, is not uniform … It not only fabricates, it also ignores the known recorded facts and unblinkingly replaces the picture of public knowledge of even a year ago with a completely imagined substitute.

“Thus, one of the versions in its bold outline goes: Palestine was the Arab homeland even before the Arab-Moslem conquest in the seventh century. The Arabs were the original inhabitants and ruler of the country. The Canaanites were, in fact, Arabs; the Philistines were Arabs; the Amorites were Arabs. The Jews for their part were, in fact, rulers of the country only briefly … they disappeared and were subsequently swallowed up by the Arabs. The modern Jews are not the descendants of the ancient Jews” (Battleground: Fact and Fantasy in Palestine, Samuel Katz, pp. 130-131).

It is fascinating how the United Nations have believed all the lies and fantasies fabricated by Satan the Devil through the Arabs, which are clearly the “children of the wicked one” in biblical prophecy or perhaps worse than that. The Arab political propaganda supported by billions of dollars from the oil-rich Arab states has made the world believe that Jerusalem is an Arab city and a city holy to the Islamic faith. There is no country on earth today that has established an embassy in Jerusalem for the nations do not accept Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel.

Biblical prophecy shows that the Gentile nations on earth will come and invade the land of Israel to take away Jerusalem from the hands of the Jewish people. It is at that time that Jesus Christ will come and save the Jews.

The fulfillment of Revelation 12:16 happened after the prophesied ‘time, times and half a time’ have ended. At the same time, the prophecy written on verse 17 has surprisingly found its own fulfillment. The members of the true Church of God have never thought and considered before that Satan the Devil has already started waging war and destruction upon them successfully at the end of 1987 barely two years after the death of Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong.

 

The War against the TRUE Church of God

 

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ” (Revelation 12:17, KJV).

Many members of the Worldwide Church of God and its off-shoot Churches believe that they shall flee to a ‘place of safety’ before the Great Tribulation come. This is the reason why not a single member of the Philadelphia Church of God has a Facebook account. They are so afraid. They thought Satan the Devil shall pursue and run after them with the armies of the Beast in the Great Tribulation. Satan the Devil would not be able to do any harm to the woman in the place of safety. Consequently, the dragon shall turn his wrath on the members of the Churches of God that would be left behind.

But that is not what has come to pass at the end of 1987.

The woman we know as the nation of Judah has a seed or a child named Jesus Christ. The remnant of her seed symbolically refers to the remaining people or members of the true Church of God that faithfully believed and followed Jesus Christ. There was only one Church of God organization on earth in 1987 that spiritually matched what is described in Revelation 12:17—the Worldwide Church of God.

The fact is there is only one Church of God in 1987 that was keeping the commandments of God and preached the testimony of Jesus Christ to all the nations on earth. So almost two years after the death of Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong in January of 1986, Satan moved against the Worldwide Church of God and proceeded to destroy it from within.

God has permitted that Church to be destroyed like the rest of the other churches that did the work of God during the seven Church eras. The Churches of God have become blind to the truth that Jesus Christ is a Jew and His true and faithful disciples will have to become like Him. God has no use for a Church that is not following and keeping all of His commandments for that is like paying lip service to Jesus.

Most of the religious people on earth that believe in the name of Jesus are not even faithful with the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ at all. They only pay lip service to the name of Jesus. Likewise the members of the Worldwide Church of God were only paying lip service to the Law of God. They were not really keeping the commandments of God written in the Torah of Moses.

The former members of the Worldwide Church of God that have blindly followed the teachings of Herbert W. Armstrong have no idea what Satan the Devil has accomplished upon them. The members of the apostatizing Worldwide Church of God that followed their wicked ministers became part today of mainstream Christianity. The erstwhile members that have joined the major off-shoot Churches of God are prophetically being held in spiritual prison houses by minions of Satan the Devil. Except to what occurred on March 13, 2005 to the local congregation of the Living Church of God in Brookfield, Wisconsin, wherein one its members went into a shooting rampage, Satan has no plan on having the members of the major off-shoot Churches of God dead. They are already dead spiritually.

There are many terrible things that have happened and still happening to the former members of that Church, particularly on them that separated completely from the brethren. They have become blind and naked spiritually. Many of them have simply embraced again the way of this present evil world like a dog that returns to eat its vomit or a pig after being washed clean has wallowed again in the mire.

The same thing has almost happened to the Jewish people in the land of Israel. The Jewish people are keeping the commandments of God better than the Churches of God. The Arabs started murdering the Jews in Israel with the help of the Zionist government leaders in the land. The Jewish people when it comes to murdering their own brethren are so good at it. That is what the Zionist leaders in Israel are doing even up to this time.

God has also removed His protection on the members of the scattered Churches of God that came out of the Worldwide Church of God. Satan the Devil is busily destroying today not only the Jewish people in Israel but also the members of the ‘remnant of her seed’, one after the other in many countries on earth.

We do have two groups of people that are being destroyed by Satan the Devil in accordance to the prophecy on Revelation 12:17.

As I stated and written many times, the Key of David points out that Revelation 12 is speaking of what shall come to pass in the year 2012. Something written here in Revelation 12 shall find its fulfillment the second time in 2012 for there is duality in prophecy.

Time, Times and Half a Time

 

“And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. But the woman was given the two wings of the great eagle so that she might fly from the serpent into the wilderness, to the place where she is to be nourished for a time, and times, and half a time” (Rev 12:13-14, ESV).

The Holy Bible is a coded book. It could not be easily understood by anyone particularly those things written that reveal to us what lies in the days ahead. It has been interpreted many times before by too many bible scholars and commentators that the prophetic period of time written as ‘time, and times and half a time’ is equivalent to 42 months, 1260 days or 3 and ½ years. Many church leaders have worked on their interpretation of bible prophecy using that kind of yardstick.

Now you can see how wrong and inaccurate their interpretation of biblical prophecies compare to the New Jerusalem congregation.

In fulfillment of the prophesied ‘time, times and half a time,’ God had miraculously protected the Jewish nation of Israel from May 1948 to the end of the year of 1987, which is equivalent to 39 years and half a year. The prophetic term ‘time’, which is singular in form is equivalent to one year. Its plural form ‘times’ is equivalent to 38 years and half a time is equivalent to one-half year.

Contrary to the assumption made by many false or perhaps simply uninspired teachers the plural form of the English word ‘time’ in prophecy does not really signifies two years. When we examined what have happened to the Jewish people in Israel, it is very obvious that the coded word ‘times’ denotes many years instead of just a two years.

In our analysis and examination of the modern history of the Jewish people under their heretic and Zionist government leaders, we have now determined what marked the end of the prophetic period ‘time, times and half a time.’ On December of 1987, the first Arab uprising or the first Intifada against the Jewish nation of Israel had revealed to us the expiration of God’s of protection upon the modern nation of Israel. The battle of the Jewish people in the Holy Land is no longer the battle of the Adonai Eloheynu (Lord our God).

After 39 years and six months from the Declaration of Independence of Israel in 1948 God is no longer going out in battle with the Israel Defense Force soldiers or the Jewish people. They are now on their own until a new government will be set up and establish in Israel that will enforce the observance of the Law of Moses. The period known as ‘time, times and half a time’ is almost equivalent to 40 years.

What is the significance for us of the prophetic time 39 and one-half years or 40 years?

During Exodus time, the people of Israel wandered aimlessly in the wilderness for 40 years on account of their rebellion against God. One generation is also equivalent to 40 years. The reign of the first three kings of Israel, namely, Saul, David and Solomon had each lasted for 40 years similarly. God was watching over these three kings in spite of all the wrong things that they had done.

In other words the patience of God lasts only for 40 years. When forty years pass by without repentance God will bring in the next generation or a new king. God has given the Jewish people 40 years in the land of Israel to do and follow His commandments but the Jewish people that have returned to the Holy Land of Israel are not following the Law of the Eretz Yisrael, especially their Zionist leaders.

Take a note what God said to King Saul through Samuel the prophet.

“And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel forever. But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee” (1 Samuel 13:13-14, KJV).

Starting on December of 1987, God brings destruction and defeat on the Jewish people at the hands of their enemies---the Arabs. The first Intifada lasted until 1993 with the signing of the Oslo Peace Accords by Israel with the Palestinian Arabs. After 40 years of living under the protection of God the Israel at this time was on its own. God has permitted the Gentile nations on earth to divide the land of Israel and scatter the holy people of Israel starting with the secret Madrid Peace Conference in 1991.

The first Intifada had intensified the longing of the Jewish people for normalcy and an end to the conflict with its neighboring Arab countries, creating an abnormal atmosphere for peace negotiations  resulting in the lost of lands and territories that God had given to the chosen people of Israel. The Israeli government has entered many Peace treaties with its Arab enemies since then. But war with its Arab neighbors continues without let up.

The first Intifada that started on December 8, 1987, marked the time that God had ended His protection and care over the Jewish people in Israel. God has stopped fighting today with the armies of the nation of Israel against their enemies because the commandments of God concerning the land of Israel have been seriously compromised. The Zionist leaders of Israel are giving away the land of Israel that God has restored back to the Jewish people.  

We are now witnessing the terrible consequences of what the Zionist governments of Israel have done since God brought the ‘woman’ to her own place in the Middle East in 1948.

Daniel’s 39 and ½ Years

 

Even though the modern nation of Israel is on her own, it does not mean that God is no longer watching over her. Certainly the punishment that God is bringing on the Jewish people of Israel reflects the love and concern of God to His children. In the same way, God may no longer be with the people that are following His commandments and keeping the testimony or prophecy of Jesus Christ but He is still following what they are going to do.

Are they going to repent or not?

How long will they last on their own?

How long are the prophecies in the book of Revelation and the book of Daniel be fulfilled?

“And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders? And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and swore by him that liveth forever that it shall be for a time, times, and a half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished” (Daniel 12:6-7, KJV).

There are two prophetic periods of time mentioned here in verse 7. The first is the period of time known as the ‘time, times and a half’, which we now know as equivalent to 39 and one-half years long, which is almost 40 years. This is the length of time that God has protected and built up the modern nation of Israel in the Middle East starting on May 14, 1948. The second prophetic period of time denotes the span of time from 1988 until the scattering of the power of the holy people of God has ended, “when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people.”

The end of these two prophetic periods of time shall mark the fulfillment of all of the prophecies written on Daniel 11:2 to Daniel 12:3.

The scattering of the Holy People of God most probably refers to what happened upon the Jewish people at the end of the Bar Kochba rebellion on 132-135 CE. Half of the Jewish people on earth are still living today in the Diaspora and there is no chance of them making an aliyah in Israel with the current ungodly and leftist Israeli government.

Revelation 12 shows us who really the chosen people of God are. The woman that God has returned back to her own place in the wilderness is the Jewish people. The expectation of the members of the off-shoot Churches of God from the Worldwide Church of God concerning fleeing time shall not happen anymore. Also, there is no rapture that will take place upon the born-again Christian people since they have not been chosen by God at all. The Christian people are not the chosen people of God or the new Israel at all. Jesus wants have no dealing with them at all today or in the coming days ahead unless they repent and become Jewish.

In order for the Gentile people that believe in Jesus Christ to be saved, they must first accept and believe that Judaism is the true religion that God has given to all of us. The true religion of Judaism is largely based upon the Torah of Moses or the teachings that He gave to the people of Israel on Mt. Sinai. The Gentile people on earth that already believe in Jesus Christ should convert first to Judaism, keep the Law of Moses and follow the traditions.

It is only the Jewish people that have found her own place or homeland in the Middle East as it has been prophetically described in Revelation 12:14.

Revelation 12 shows us the true identity of the woman that gave birth to the Promised Messiah of God for the chosen people of Israel. The Jewish people are the Chosen Ones that God has restored to the Holy Land of Israel in spite of their unbelief and rejection of their anointed King. This reveals to us how God regard the people that are keeping the Torah of Moses. The Churches of God even though they believe in Jesus Christ are still not the Chosen People of God. They despise the laws and commandments of God written in the Torah of Moses and that is enough for God to get them be spitted out of his mouth (Revelation 3:15-16).

THE REMNANT OF HER SEED

 

Now comes the year 2012, and we see the same woman that had given birth to Jesus Christ in travail again. The King should come back home and play the role of a husband to her Bride.

“A voice of noise from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that rendereth recompence to his enemies” (v-6).

“Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith the LORD: shall I cause to bring forth, and shut the womb? saith thy God” (vv. 7-9).

“Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her: That ye may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory. For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees. As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem. And when ye see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies” (vv. 12-14).

“For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For by fire and by his sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many” (Isaiah 66:15-16).

Revelation 12 shows us the birth of the nation of Israel. 1948 marks for us as the year that the nation of Israel was born. There is duality in the fulfillment of biblical prophecy. We have already been shown in the New Jerusalem how Revelation 12 prophesied of the birth of Israel in 1948.

Are we going to see again the second birth of Israel in the year 2012?

Israel needs to be reborn this year of 2012.

Events shall soon unravel starting this year 2012, which will culminate in the return of Jesus Christ on earth. Verses 15-16 shows us what will happen when the woman gives birth again the second time, that is, after 1948. The male child that never got laid shall return very soon and He will destroy the armies of the Gentile nations that shall attack Jerusalem during the days of Armageddon.

 

REVELATION 12 IS FOR THE YEAR 2012

 

In my hand lies the Key of David and it is telling me that there is a prophetic verse here in Revelation awaiting its fulfillment this year.

Last year of 2011 we saw the fulfillment of the prophetic verses written below.

“And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.

“And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth (18).

“And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail” (Revelation 11:15-19).

There is an earthquake that occurred in the year 2011, as it is written on the prophetic verses above. See the video below and consider the earthquake that struck Japan as the earthquake foretold above. This earthquake confirms to us that the seventh angel has already blown his trumpet in 2011.

The seventh angel has already blown his trumpet in 2011 indeed. The Lord our God has started the recovery of planet earth and its kingdoms. We saw the removal from office of Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, Libyan’s strongman Muamar Gadhafi and the other Arab leaders on account of the so-called Arab Springs or Days of Protest.

“The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves” (Psalm 93:3).

There is duality in prophecy and we experienced last year of 2011 severe flooding in many countries. Many people have died on account of the floods. It was prophesied first on February of 2011 that the same flood in Revelation 12:15-16 shall lift up their voice in protest. They are the same people that are trying to destroy the Jewish people in Israel and they rose against their Arab leaders.

“And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth” (Revelation 12:15-16). 

God has control of all the things and all of the inhabitants on earth since they are all His creation. This time God is taking back planet earth without destroying all its inhabitants like what happened during the days of Noah when the waters killed all the earth’s inhabitants.

The removal of the kings on earth shall continue this year of 2012.

We will see the removal of Hafez Assad of Syria soon. We shall be seeing the punishment, like divine retributions, of many leaders on earth until the Kingdom of God has been set up in Eretz Yisrael. Barry Soetoro is slated for destruction as well. The one who destroys shall be destroyed as well. Anyone who tries to destroy and threatens the Jewish people of Israel shall be destroyed as well even if he is a Jew like Muamar Gadhafi of Libya and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran. Ehud Barak the Defense Minister of Israel shall not escape divine retribution.

It is written, “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand” (Revelation 6:15-17) ?

We will be seeing the rolling of the heads of many countries on earth in this year of 2012 for even the Devil shall not be playing favorites on any of the people or kings on earth. If there is a prophetic verse in Revelation 12 that would become more prominent than the others in the year 2012, it would be verse 12.

“Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time” (Revelation 12:12).

The ‘inhabiters of the earth and of the sea’ do not include the Torah-observant Jews in the land.
