Jesus the Son of God reveals unto his servants at this present time what is happening when it comes to the fulfillment of Bible prophecies in our Holy Scriptures. The book of Revelation was written by John the Beloved to show to the servants of our Lord Jesus Christ at this time what is really going on. The gospel of John does not contain its own version of Mt. Olivet prophecy in comparison to the other three gospel books. We sort of consider the book of Revelation as the continuation of the gospel written by John the Apostle.

The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John: Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw. Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand” (Revelation 1:1-3).

Jesus reveals to us today the things that must shortly come to pass. The prophecies are happening already. They are being fulfilled in this present time. The first verse tells us that Jesus has servants at this time to which the true interpretations of bible prophecies in Revelation are being given and reserved. John was merely a conduit for the publication of the book of Revelation. He had no idea of the meanings of all the things he had written. The revelations of Jesus Christ in the book are seeking the servants of God who can break the seal of the prophecies in the little book.

No one can break the coded book of Revelation unless he or she is the true servant of Jesus Christ. There is a blessing that waits for the servant or servants who can read to us clearly the meanings and interpretations of all the prophetic and coded words written in the book. Blessing shall come as well to the people on earth that will listen and heed the true interpretation of all things written in the book of Revelation.

John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne (4);

“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood (5),

“And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (Revelation 1:4-6).

Take a deep breath and notice to whom the book of Revelation is being addressed. Revelation 1 is like the introduction of the book of Revelation. Verse 4 presents to us clearly that the book to whom the revelations are being given—the seven churches. John had written the book for the prophesied seven Churches in Asia Minor. The members of the prophesied remnants of the seven churches are being enjoined to read and study the book of Revelation once it has been deciphered and decoded by the man who has the spirit of God.

There are many pathetic and uninspired ministers of the Churches of God who teach and preach that the seven letters of Jesus Christ to the seven Churches merely reflect the attributes and characteristics of the Christian believers. Many believers have been taught that the Holy Bible can interpret itself. But that should not always be the case.

Verse 4 is a revelation in itself that it points to us who is the one that had given us the revelations in the first place. God the Father had quickly identified and revealed to us His person here in verse 4 as Him, “which is, and which was, and which is to come.

In Revelation 4, God would repeat himself that He is the Father, a separate entity and clearly not Jesus the Son of God. The book of Revelation is showing at this juncture that there is no truth in the Trinity doctrine. There is only one God the Father and the Father of Abba had begotten a son on earth.

Notice how verse 5 clearly distinguishes Jesus ‘from him which is, and which was, and which is to come.’ Jesus is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead. He is the king of the kings on earth. We have God the Father and Jesus the first begotten Son, who washed us from our sins in his own blood. If the Holy Spirit is a person, he should be identified as well at this time. But there is no entity or a separate being that goes by the name of the Holy Spirit since the Spirit is the power or simply an essence of the family of God.

The Holy Spirit dwells upon God the Father and it is also dwells on Jesus the Son of God. It can also sits and rests on any person here on earth, bestowing on that person the power of the Lord our God. God the Father is manifesting himself here in the book of Revelation as a separate divine being that can be seen and who is higher in rank than Jesus Christ.

Revelation 1 somehow enlightens us how God the Father and Jesus the Son are one and the same. God the Father continues to remain in the background even after He gave us a glimpse of His presence. Jesus Christ had successfully kept God the Father out of the picture when He had taken the role of the ‘Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending’, as well.

We can hardly felt the presence of God in the New Testament writings.

When it comes to the fulfillment of biblical prophecies, if it’s not recorded in the history of the world it is not a fulfilled biblical prophecy yet. There is no way for the Bible itself to present us with the precise and accurate interpretation of prophecies. There are some things that the Bible would not be able to clearly enlighten us. This is the reason why the believers in Jesus are being admonished to hear what the spirit is saying us.

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches” (Revelation 3:22).

In many verses written like the preceding verse, Jesus is not telling us to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to the seven Churches. We are instead being counseled by Jesus to listen to the man where the Holy Spirit of God is dwelling once that man starts reading the Book of Revelation for us. That man of God is not simply going to read for us the things written in Revelation.

The Spirit of God is going to speak to us through that man. He is like that prophet in Deuteronomy 18:18 but not really that prophet of God we know as Jesus Christ. We are to listen to him, at least when it comes to the prophecies in the Book of Revelation.

Consider the Word of God telling us, “I will raise up for them a Prophet like you from among their brethren, and will put My words in His mouth, and He shall speak to them all that I command Him. And it shall be that whoever will not hear My words, which He speaks in My name, I will require it of him” (Deuteronomy 18:18-19, NKJV).

God had sent Jesus Christ the first time as the prophet like Moses our Teacher (Moshe Rabbenu) to the Jewish people of Judea. Many Jews at that time had already believed in Jesus. God had delivered the Jewish believers in the city of Jerusalem from destruction on 66 CE and they were not destroyed by the Roman armies on 70 CE at all.

When Jesus begun his ministry, He presented himself first at someone possessing the Holy Spirit of God. This prophecy has some bearing on Revelation 3:22.

"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God … “” (Isaiah 61:1-2, NKJV).

We are to listen only to the man like Jesus to whom the Spirit of God is dwelling. Jesus even testifies explicitly that a man with the Spirit of God shall come to enlighten all of us regarding many new things. His purpose on earth at this time is similar to what we are going to study next in Revelation 1. The Spirit of that man is going to transform us into the priests and servants of God (Isaiah 61:6; Revelation 1:6).

This is what makes up the New Jerusalem congregation when it comes to the interpretation of biblical prophecies.

But you shall be named the priests of the Lord, They shall call you the servants of our God. You shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, And in their glory you shall boast” (Isaiah 61:6, NKJV).

And has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen” (Revelation 1:6, NKJV).

The Jewish people or Israel is a kingdom of priests. They are the priests of the Most High God. Only the wicked people on earth teach that God has already rejected the Jews as His priests. Isaiah 61:6 prophesies of the time wherein the servants of God shall partake of the riches of the Gentiles. They could not be Christians or Gentiles at all for how can Gentiles partake of the riches of the Gentiles. Isaiah is speaking of the Jewish people that shall eat the riches of the Gentiles for only the Jewish people are entitled to the office of the priests.

In verse 6 of Revelation 1, it is stated that the called-out and chosen among the members of the seven Churches are already kings and priests of God way back in 2001. These are Gentile converts in Judaism that believe in Jesus. Somehow they discover the way of righteousness and become part of the holy nation of Israel, becoming Jewish as the end result of their faith and religion.

It seems like a toss-up between the true believers in Jesus and the unbelieving Jews on earth. Who will make the best priests of God? But the gospel already shows us that the priesthood according to the lineage of Aaron had already been replaced. Sadly for many, being a believer is not an assurance that a person is already entitled to sit in the Temple as priest of the Most High God. You need to discover the religion that is right and true in the eyes of God.

At this point I want you to know and realize that the testimonies of Jesus in most off the chapters in the book of Revelation are destined to find their fulfillment starting in the year 2001. Revelation 1 gives us an account of the prophecies for the year 2001. The succeeding chapters simply mimic chapter 1, e.g. chapter 2 is 2002, chapter 3 is 2003 and so on and so forth.

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen” (Revelation 1:7).

Before Jesus was crucified, John the Apostle relates to us the testimony of Jesus about the man with the Spirit of Truth. We know there is a man who will counsel the faithful servants of Jesus in this end of time about the true knowledge of God and the true teachings of Jesus Christ. If we say, the Holy Spirit shall be the one who will relate to us the truth, then, we would be guilty in subscribing to the Trinity doctrine of the Roman Catholics.

For what it’s worth, verse 7 prophesies of the second coming of Jesus Christ in the year 2001. But that does not mean Jesus Christ has already come in the year 2001 even if there are some people who thought Jesus has already come. The year 2001, without any knowledge of the erroneous reckoning of year in the Gregorian calendar, can be mistaken as the beginning of the Day of the Lord—millennial rule of Jesus Christ.

Jesus has already come in the minds of some groups of Christian believers in 2001. But Jesus has not yet really come at all.

Although Revelation 1:7 foretells the coming of Jesus Christ it does not mean He shall come in 2001. Many prophecies in the chapters of Revelation foretell what shall occur later on at the succeeding years. For instance, Revelation 11 shows us how the Two Witnesses are going to die after 3 and ½ year of prophesying. That does not mean at all that the Two Witnesses shall die in the year 2011.

Think of the Two Witnesses in Revelation 11 as two real people to whom the Holy Spirit of God has come in. They have the Spirit of Truth.
